In spite of the distances, on-site work or court appearances can be organised very quickly if required, and very tight schedules can often be met. Previous examples include: giving evidence in Basildon Crown Court, Essex, UK on a Friday and then at the County Court in Melbourne on the Monday, and giving evidence in a court in Hong Kong on a Tuesday and then giving evidence at Exeter Crown Court on the Thursday of the same week.
